The booth at Hyde and Turk is the gateway to a historically troubled neighborhood, and sadly the staff needs to be trained with how to properly communicate with the public. Moreover, if staff members are not prepared or unwilling to recognize these responsibilities, then this organization needs to align them different opportunities.

For an agency that is desiged the deescalate situations, the representative standing outside the gate today was not only appalling and also a liability to this organization. Not only did the staff member threatened me with physical retaliation, but five other staff members refused to give me any contact information so I could report the incident to management. If this a credible organization, leadership needs to address the immediately.

i was Driving on Leavenworth street in san francisco. turning right to O’Farrell street as soon as i was turning towards the street this community truck was parked on bus Stop without hazard on suddenly Driver open the Door and i got hit and leave my side mirror damaged and dent . i confronted the driver saw his eyes were red and he was smoking weed . he had no insurance. called the police they didn’t show up . spoke to their company responsible they deny that . company hiried some irresponsible Drivers. watch out guys this company is thug .
