I spent 32 days here and it literally saved my life! The atmosphere is structured, personalized, compassionate and all around healing. The techs are all so wonderful, they actually care and make you feel at home. Very hands on, throughout my recovery. No judgement was ever sensed and they are seriously amazing, educated people. It’s truly a life changing experience and I HIGHLY recommend to is program to anyone struggling and at wits end.

I recently went to true life going in with the thought process that i knew it all. My recovery from the detox to residential hit the mark of my every need. I couldn't have picked a better place to begin a new life!
The staff there catered to my sole recovery, as well as each of the residents individually which was an eye opening experience. i always had a negative connotation towards rehabilitation, but going to this program made me think otherwise. i couldn't have pushed through without all the help of the techs that work there. Each of them helped me through difficult hours, and inspired me to do better in their own ways.

My overall experience at True Life Recovery was a huge blessing. At first I was apprehensive about doing the whole treatment thing all over again because I’ve done it before. What I realized that I needed to do something different than before. That meant letting down my walls getting vulnerable, asking for help and getting COMPLETELY honest with myself. True Life really helped me get back on my feet to restarting my journey in recovery. I am so grateful I took suggestion from my sponsor to get the help I needed and also let people love me until I was able to love myself. True Life helped saved my life and for that I am truly grateful.

I have known the people who run this program for many years and the amount of care they give their clients is exceptional. True Life has saved my life. I came to California broken and beat down by life and not expecting to regain everything I lost in my addiction. Since before I arrived at True Life, they provided me with support to get out here. They carried me through Detox and help me get my mind back which was far from me. I got all the mental stability, sobriety and care that was necessary for me to get healthy.

I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get help with any addiction.The staff goes above and beyond to make the transition to sobriety as comfortable as possible. They truly care about their clients. I wish I could have went there my first time around. Life changing! The housing is very nice , clean and comfortable. I’ve made lifelong friends.I had a great experience.
