Very patient team !
Worked with 3 members here (start to finish).

My wife very indecisive on everything and the team worked with her and did not get frustrated nor did they lose their patience with her. Uncommon these days so I am grateful for their professionalism.

We looked at a Honda Civic and a few other cars on the lot, but when push came to shove we got a 2025 SUV Hybrid.

Matt was very knowledgeable with all the vehicles we looked at. Honesty and trustworthiness spring to mind when dealing with him.

I'd like to also point out , the milage on the stickers for this particular car are wayyyy off (in a good way at least for me) Doing the school run we were getting on average (depending on route) 55mpg to 88mpg on Eco.
Doing other things we saw it jump upto a mind boggling 110mpg on eco.

I'd definately recommend!

It's okay if you have a nice new car, but to get help with an older car that "will never pass inspection" (but did a few days later), not so much.

Scoville-Meno Honda has a great service team! We were visiting for a family reunion and had an issue arise with our tires. We explained we needed to head back home to South Carolina, they were able to help us with a new set of tires same day! They were helpful, courteous and went above and beyond! Thank you!!!

First time @ this particular dealership. I’m disabled and was unable to detail my vehicle myself as I would usually would. I had the chance to get my vehicle detailed in the near past and it didn’t go well. First, the car was washed, not dried and tires/ rims weren’t even rinsed off. Second time(same day). Washed body/rims& tires this time; it wasn’t dried off. Third time it was dried off and brought it to the service manager attention and he was taken that someone would complain. This was done in November. I gave them a second chances to “keep a customer “ when I tried to make another appointment for detailing and was told to wait until the end of the service day before I could make apt. Basically denied me any further car washes. This process in my eyes is a direct reflection of the service manager and his inability to manage the employee, who’s cleaning vehicles. This reviews was solely based on my (1) visit.
Due to this particular visit, I will not do business with this dealership for future sales or service. Hope this helps others seeking an opinion from a prior customer.

I have worked @ a car dealership in the past; detailing loaners, owners & shuttle vehicles along with property management for 3 of the dealerships sister brand( Kia Saturn & Chevrolet) & bank & Dmv runs also driving vehicle for mechanics to pass inspection all while keeping the garage cleaned on daily basis. Our csi index was spectacular.
I’ve been to other Honda dealerships that will beg customers for scores of 100 or 5 stars prior to even serving your vehicle. Which is bizarre.

Always a pleasure getting a vehicle from Honda. Never issues and always takes care of me and my wife when we get cars from them. Been going here for 10 years. Always a pleasure to work with Matt H there salesman. Just got my wife her new car everything she wanted. He’s very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing and very nice to work with
