I have a hard time getting any help, real help and support from this organization. I am a domestic violence victim and still seeking permanent stable housing and assistance with Victim Compensation Board application. I could not even get a Safeway gift card when I really needed it.

Poor customer service agency and their staff belittle potential women to receive services they said, “not all gang members are bad I happen to have family who are involved and not bad” sounds like the agency has bad employees and it has been decades the agency still has the same bad employees I think they allow human trafficking to occur for thei r organizatized crimes to happen within our community I ask for the government to do their audit and investigate these individuals who also set labels on our victims the bad employees I am referring to Are, Louisa Elizabeth And Alma the director.

I’m a 16 year old trying to switch services into a older group my case maneger and therpist have ignored my messages and calls I tried to call the community solutions office only for them to put me on hold and then hang up I’m only 16 im trying to get help for myself becuase my parents don’t support me and community solutions is literally trying to ignore me to wait till I’m old enough so they can just cut me off this is disgusting

Years later and I still can't seem to forget about the traumatizing experience I had here. I was assigned to a "Mentor/Counselor" named Janet to do weekly check ins with who decided, one day, to violate several HIPAA laws. Not only that, conducted herself in a way that any actual caring human being would never even imagine. She vomited all my information I confided in her down the hallway for anyone to hear (including myself) even threw in some untrue negative statements that still to this day really hurts. She had no actual care for my well-being as she gossiped to a secretary that had nothing to do with my care plan stating she has "mental health problems" etc and it went on and on. I reported this information but highly doubt anything was ever done about it. As a person who has struggled with suicide and self-harming this is extremely serious and I hope it never happens to anybody else.

They care about your well being overall. Approach it with an open mind, and don't be a stubborn fool. It helps no one, especially your peers who are in similar situations as yours. You might learn to be more empathetic over time from hearing others' stories and advice. Helpful when regarding license acquisition after your mistake(s). Take this review seriously, or not. Don't matter to me.

They helped me be sober from Crystal Meth since December 9, 2019 so I’ve been sober for one year now completely so this program save my life from methamphetamine addiction
I live in down town San Jose by the Japan Town Light Rail station I am very happy with where I was placed on shared housing. I had one relapse really bad and now my life is sober and full of life
