The young black girl that works in their does not enter act with her own. She didn't even offer assistance no customer service and has a attitude problem. Plus they really don't have anything very limited. Won't waste my money here.

My experience at this beauty supply was horrible. I went in to buy some edge control to braid my son hair. Upon walking in I realized I forgot my phone, I walked out to get it. When I returned literally 20 seconds later, an Asian woman stood guard at the door and began following closely behind me as I made my way back to get the edge control. She didn't say one word but was obviously stalking and following me assuming I wanted to steal from her I guess 🤷🏿‍♀️. I looked up not only was this woman walking up on me even closer, I noticed the younger Asian guy at the cash registered had his arms folded glaring at me. By this point I'm super uncomfortable, so I asked is their a problem? Not only are you staring at me but she's following me what's wrong? Apparently this made them uncomfortable, what was funny was they both denied what I was saying, but still stood there but turned their neck another direction, as if they weren't looking at me. I would NEVER shop here again. Get out the community if you don't like or want people that look like me in your place of business. I guarantee it with behavior like this you'll lose many more customers shame on the both of you.

The sales associates, which are the black women, they are great. The owners are just in it for the money and don't properly communicate their return policies. Couple of weeks ago, as a new customer to the store, I had purchased the African black control gel for my braids and along with other things. Unfortunately, it was my first time using the gel and the gel itself says no itching, but it has been itching my scalp from the second day after using it to braid my hair. So today when I went back to purchase more product, I decided to ask one of the owners at the cashier register what was their return policy. She then told me that they don't give money back but instead do exchange with receipt. I also told her why I needed to return it, which was due to it itching my scalp. She didn't mention to me that I couldn't return it. Her only thing was we do not give money back but we do exchange with receipt only. So I then came home, dig for the receipt in my trash, and went back with the product. When I arrive at the store, I saw the second owner which is the Young guy who usually works alongside with the female owner. After giving him my receipt and the product, he then open the product and said we do not exchange products that have already been used. I then said to him well your co-owner didn't communicate this to me earlier today when I came in to purchase more products. He then said to me well is on your receipt. I myself also said to him, well I take accountability for not carefully reading the receipt but at the same time if your owner would have made me to understand earlier today that you guys do not do exchange for product that I've already been used, I wouldn't have made my way back on the bus in this heat trying to get an exchange for a product that's itching my scalp, especially when the product itself says no itching. Long story short, these two owners that are usually there are lacking communications and in only in it for the money; of course is a business. But learn from my mistake and please be careful when you're purchasing things from them. Don't purchase product from them that are really expensive and also products that you're not sure about because you might not be able to get your money back or exchange.

Apart from the black women who are the sales associates in store, by the way, they're great. But the owners are also lacking customer service and don't have any respect for blacks . Not once did he apologize to me for the inconvenience, but instead kept on giving insensitive response.

Has more than most of the hair products you can purchase and has variety… on the other hand the drawstring ponytail selection needs more styles

I have always been going here since I was young, really don't have anything particularly bad to say about this place. They usually have everything that I need and they are kind of cheaper than other places I've been to. They are very friendly and real cool to get to know. What's keeping me from giving it a full five star is that, they can get some air conditioning... It'd be too hot in there sometimes. Parking is a 50/50... Sometimes it's good and then sometimes it's terrible. Other than that, they can provide you for what you need.

The greatest. Found the most gorgeous human hair wig for my Birthday dinner on Friday June 24th. I found the cutest bedroom slippers laced with rhinestones and pink fur. So dainty. And, all the hair products I will need. I asked the Holy Ghost to direct me to where I can find a wig to take beautiful pictures and it appears he directed me to this beauty supply as I was on a return trip from Encino. I am so happy. I thank the Holy Spirit in Jesus Name. 🙏❤️🌹🌈

Shopping during covid can be an adventure. But this was actually pleasant and really quick. The shop was stocked, they made sure only a certain number of customers were in the store at one time and the woman at the counter was so helpful!

I like the store, it's neat, well stocked. The owners are nice, and pleasant, but they cancelled that out when the lady at the counter decided to stare at me while I looked for a lip color. I stared backed right at her because I could feel her eyes, then she said, "Why do you stare at me? I'm not looking at you, I'm staring at them now". The african american lady who worked there stood right behind me, and stared at me while I made my purchase, and was making comments. I've been there a few times before, but because of that, I will never return. They are all happy, and treat you kindly while you spend your money....the staring was too much, too obvious. It made me uncomfortable, so that's a no-go in the future.
