I haven’t been in the gym since I lost my arm, but at golds gym it’s been a great experience so far. People have been supporting me and helping me when needed. The staff has been very kind I couldn’t ask for a better staff then they have right now. if you are thinking about giving up you can do this! I lost an arm but I still go 5x a week even when I don’t want to!! Any doubts or problems you may face you can do this just believe in yourself!!!

I usually work out at the Gold’s Gym near my home at Victoria Gardens, but I sometimes come here because I enjoy the cardio cinema and the swimming pool. The staff here are very friendly, and it’s rare to see the equipment fully occupied. That being said, the gym really needs a major renovation and regular maintenance. I submitted a repair request for the rowing machines a year ago, but the only two rowing machines are still not fixed after all this time.

My overall experience at GoldsGym is excellent. I been a member since it opened up and I have always enjoyed coming here to workout. My only complaint about this gym is that a lot of the most common used machines are broken often. They get fixed and a couple days later they are broken again. Maybe it’s time to upgrade to new machines?

This is the worst gym i ever signed up to. There is always problems here n something is always out of order. The handle on the door to the sauna is gone. The door squeaks loud when you open it. The sauna is always out of order n not working. Also the weight scale was gone today. Half the time the batteries are dead to the weight scale. The men’s bathroom smells like pee. The speed bag to the boxing room is always missing as well. I wish they can maintain this gym the way the Rancho Cucamonga one does

I wish the eagerness to print this flyer immediately after I used a weight was the standard for this gym! I wish it existed on how clean they keep this place because it’s filthy bathrooms always dirty and never stocked, machines broken for weeks, parking lot filled with trash! There was even a rat problem! I wish the amount of attention and effort it took to hurry and print this “notice” would be the golden standard. as a member we should have amenities and work out equipment for everyone!

I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager. When I declined to pay for coaching, he became visibly frustrated and started yelling at me, accusing me of wasting his time. He even questioned why I would ask about the service if I wasn’t serious about purchasing it. This kind of aggressive behavior is completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Rather than fixing their gym, they enforce made up arbitrary rules on loyal customers. MARTIN threatened to terminate my membership, and condescendingly said I pay less than a dollar a month, because I gave him feedback about fixing something that has been broken for months.

This was because of my foot attire by the way. I’ve been there for years and it’s the first I’ve heard of this requirement. There are no signs or agreements within the contract, so it came across as a power trip. Anyway, since they have an eye for sandals, here’s how they keep up their gym. Enjoy the pics. You’re welcome for doing your job management. Also, your chair is missing from your theatre room. It’s probably in the managers office.

Most of the locker room doors are either broken off or missing knobs.
Hair dryers out of order.

Showers missing curtains.

Showers knobs are broken or falling off.

Machine grips broken, missing, or about to rip off.

Broken water fountain.

Toilet seats broken.

Out of order faucets, hair dryers, and various other items in the restroom.

This is only the things I use or have come across.
