There is a possibly stolen dog, shih tzu type leashed to a parking meter in front this store. A person who is possibly a drug user is claiming the dog is his. He hangs out in this store everyday. This store is owned by middle easterners and they always think they are ghetto & gangsta. I am sure the owners know about the poor dog.
