Ordered a t-shirt over 7 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. Numerous emails were sent and not one of them was answered. When I called and actually got somebody to pick up the phone after a month, I was told they didn't have the shirt to make the item. Mind you, this is one shirt and not a large order. How hard is it to get one black t-shirt to fill an order that was already paid for to avoid negative reviews? It shouldn't be this difficult.

Was told it would only take 4-5 days to get my son’s shirts back for Kindergarten and that I would get a call. Just got my shirts back after 3 weeks, and only because I went in person to ask what happened.

Terribly unorganized. They have all the shirts in plastic bags poorly labeled with marker. All bags just thrown on top of each other. Don’t understand how this place is still in business.

If you need something embroidered, especially for a school uniform go elsewhere or just buy them pre-done. Found out too late that so many stores already sell them done. That’s what I had to buy when I never got a call back.

10/10 would not recommend.

Do not order from the place ever! After a week calling in regards to my order they tell me that they don't carry the sizes that I order which are common medium and xl. The lady who answers the phone is always overwhelmed and can never call back and gets all orders messed up. This will be a last resort place to order my kids uniform but I rather get a sharpie and hand write the schools name on the shirt before ordering every again at this place.

I rarely leave reviews and am doubtful that this review will say on their page, but I am going to leave my review anyways as it is my only experience with this company.

The customer service with this company is terrible. I could explain more vividly how horrible the service has been but doing so may come across as being verbose.

There has been terrible communication with the company who after almost 3 months of near weekly calls (made by me) they state they did not call us to give follow-ups because they did not have our number (even though it was provide numerous times)

There were called about 5 times over the course of about 7-8 weeks and we were told at every call that our items were in the final stages of production, only to find out (when my supervisor called) that they attemtped the run the credit card (it was declined) and the production never started.

The card issue was corrected (it was due to end of fiscal year turnovers) and the dance began again. Once they were complete, they were then shipped (with local coupons as packing) partially to my unit and (possibly, claims J&S) the remaining items to another unit.

They then implied that it was my responsibility to contact this other command to which I informed them that I expected them to rectify the situation and provided contact information for the unit they likely went to (both their Admin number and front office number) and that I expected a call back for follow-up on friday (it was tuesday) and provided my contact information.

I spoke to them today, (over a week later) and they stated (as indicated above) that they did not have my contact information and stated that they expected ME to contact this other command and work out the matter.

As I am explaining the situation to the receptionist (who seems to be the only person i have dealt with during this entire time) she was dismissive of the issue and interputed on numerous occasions.

This is without a doubt the most unpleasent customer service experience I have had in the 12 years I have been in the Navy. This company is a disservice to any military unit that commissions them for their services.

If anyone from J&S is reading this know that we will not being doing further business with you, nor will we hesitate to advise local units to taking their business elsewhere.

If the US Navy defended our country the way J&S seems to run their operation, we'd all likely be speaking another language.
