Today around 4:00 pm myself and my wife visited S&A store. I gave 10 dollar +20 dollar note after buying some small necessary items. The sales woman quickly put the money in her cash box. I told her the 2nd note is 20 dollar. She told me she received 10 +10 dollar. When I repeatedly confirmed that the note is 20 dollar she asked to check the CCTV. The men after checking cctv told her it was 10+10 dollar note. I again challenged it as it was very prestigious issue for customer satisfaction. He show me the camera and it was not possible to identify the note. I told how you identify the note. He started misbehaving with us. After a while the cashier took my mobile no and told me that she will get beck tomorrow after checking the invoice and inform me accordingly. It’s not a very good professional behaviour with a customer. I look forward to see manager’s intervention on this issue.

Please beware of this place.
I went there on 10/17/24, I tried to pay with a gift card, they said it's not possible as they don't know how much balance is left there. They don't have trial rooms even. So when the next day I tried to return some of the items, the cashier told me I have to come again next day as it's not even 48-72 hours of purchase. I requested him several times that I live far away & just visited here for the return. Also I told him there is no where mentioned in the receipt that I can't come within 48 hours. He said their machine is not working. He also said that's why I need to know my size & shouldn’t buy wrong sized items. I said the exact same size pant just different color fits on me but not this one, how would you explain that? He didn’t have any answer for that. Now he was asking for exchange of items but I denied. And also he was trying to refund less than the purchased amount. Then I showed him the correct amount, again he tried to do the same. So cheap and unprofessional attitude. I told them to pay me cash so I don’t have to come again, he said it's against their policy. I was like come on what kind of policy r u talking about!! They make their own policy that goes against customers. Will never recommend this store to anybody.

Best place to find cheap shirts. Found very nice graphic tshirts here from Ghostbusters to nickelodeon and even sports. Closer to summer have nice name brand swimwear and a cheap price.

Prices are nice but very strange workers are here. Have not been to one of these stories in years and quickly remembered why. When you go inside they ask people to give up their personal belongings and bags as a preventative from shoplifting.

Which is ridiculous when they can clearly just stop being cheap and invest in security guards for the store and more cameras. What happens if something happens to my personal belongings while in their pocession? Will they pay for it?

I went in the store and out in less than 5 mins just to buy some warm socks for the cold weather. After my purchase I asked the cashier if she knew where there was any long johns located, she gave me a vague answer that didnt help much. And asked if i wanted to put the socks in one of the bags I already had. After agreeing to she told me to next time leave my bags to the person in front and told me she doesnt know how they let me in "with all those bags"(I only had two bags).

As I am leaving this store I see the guy at the front go to the same cashier I was soeaking to and asked her in Hindi if I had purchased anything but he didnt know I heard what he asked.

Dont plan to visit this store again. They are backwards in their methods. They do these things in these poor neighborhoods because they expect poor minorities to not say anything about it..

They would not be holding personal belongings of richer customers and accusing them of theft. This store has been doing this for far too many years and needs to stop
