This community is not as it pretends to be it needs a lot of up keep. The maintenance is always working but I don't see the difference. Only up keep is the front of the gate. People inside really doesn't care of there own up keep, very few has nice back yards. There is dog poop everywhere in side. Lots of dogs in the gates and no one picks up there dog poop. The front yards are not manicure like they're rules they (in force). I been here 3 months and iam ready to get the hell out. I guess if you have children and want the pools, kids stuff and don't mind all the duck poop everywhere. $199 association fees. It's just not for me.

The Lakes is a nice community, we love our house. However, one big problem...
My family and I like to take afternoon walks, we've noticed dog poop on sidewalks, streets, and grass. The health concerns of not picking up dog poop. Pet waste contains harmful bacteria and parasites that make people and pets sick! Please... your dog's waste is your mess, and you need to pick it up yourself. Keystone Pacific & Management need to look into this as soon as possible, and enforce the City and State pet laws (Scoop your dog's poop). Help protect the community and environment.

Even when I have my member passed the security guard there is like an attack dog, staring at you like you're a piece of meat. I'm tired of getting harassed by security every time I try to go for a walk

The lake community Association doesn't reply to emails, or phone call in a timely manner. They don't seem to care. Every decision has to be made by the board. Why can't I pay my bills? I have to wait for the board to decide if I should go ahead and pay my over due bill and clear my record. If I owe, the financial officer should answer their phone allow me to pay and give me my receipt.

I've been calling all morning to have someone help me get a key for the pool (Andalusia community ).
They just keep transferring my call to Jennifer( But, she has not never picks up the phone- maybe is her day off).

The swimming pool here is amazing. Yes, it's a private community swimming pool, but man. It's beautiful.
