I recently acquired an 1861 Springfield and needed parts to get it back together. After searching the web for places to buy these rare parts, I settled on S&S Firearms. The prices were very fair and the product was in the mail and on it's way to me the next day. I have since placed another order and spoken to the good folks here on 2 occasions. Friendly people, but they struggle with communication and returning messages in a timely fashion regarding orders. Their website is not kept up to date with their inventory. Even after being notified about the issue, the problem persists.
