I’ve been to University Osks Retirement Home for 4 month, I’m very happy I made this choice, the Staff and Residents are very friendly they are
Like family. We have lots of activities, including on special occasions they provide us with known musicians to entertain us. They provide the Residents with transportations to shopping and Drs appointments. We have a great chef that makes delicious food. Overall I’m very happy here.

The management staff consist of Erica and Sarah. Both of them will go Above and Beyond to make you feel at home and will fix any problems you might have. Kristy. Jennifer, Tara and Trey will also go out of their way to help you!
The food is amazing. We have the top chefs in the business lead by Anthony, Mo, Patrick.and Landon. The deserts are wonderful and their home made by Guinn, Dominic and Holly.
House keeping takes pride in keeping your room spotless! Michelle, Salina, Marquita and C.J make you feel that you are staying in a 5 STAR HOTEL!!!! They also have a bus that will take you to your doctors appointments, grocery store and on field trips. Valerie is the driver and she is very courteous and friendly! RTR

University Oaks is a clean friendly community you can call home. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable in each department. The food is amazing and each chef is personable, after every meal service the chefs greet each resident and asks them how they like their meal. I would highly recommend this community to your loved ones and friends!

I love living here! I have been able to make so many friends and the staff feels like family. There are so many games and activities so I'm never bored and talk about CLEAN. I'm never leaving!

My mom used to live here, and around 6 years ago, when she moved in, it was really great; however, by the time she left about 2 years ago it was terrible. The food was barely edible, and often she didn't really get anything to eat due to the food being so bad now. They have residents who are violent and rude to other residents and staff, and nothing is ever done. They let residents move in family members and just stay there being disruptive. The current management isn't responsive and will ignore your concerns. Not somewhere you can come to relax and enjoy your senior years.
