I have a PC and a laptop from them and they work great. Also, if you ever have an issue they are there to replace it and they do it immediately, You can get issues resolved with them as opposed to corporations that wont help you even though they make billions of dollars off you. Im very happy with my computers. Thank you !

WARNING: Buying from them can turn out to be VERY costly.
Computer bought from them had old hard drive that died within 6 few months. When it was taken in for service, the ‘save memory’ option on the form was marked.
Instead, they wiped the old hard drive. No attempt was made by them to recover anything. No offer was made to take it elsewhere to recover. They are completely unable or unwilling to do so. They will NOT tell you the data is gone until it is too late.

RED FLAG!!!! I paid for 3 of these computers. Although a great price. You get what you pay for. We need them for the online learning, and not one of them worked. Not one out if 3. That's pretty horrible. I am a single parent, on a fixed income, and I gave up food for that month, spent a fortune in gas to drive down to san Diego to purchase these computers, and they just sit on the shelf,and are not used, never have been, because sites dont load, videos for school learning dont lost or play, it takes almost 20 minutes for the computers to just turn on. I can understand if there was a problem with one, but all 3 of them are just horrible. Doesnt this place make sure that they actually work before poor people, I'm also disabled, waste money, and sacrifice food and necessities and expensive gas (because I drive about an hour into downtown) to go purchase these and waste money we literally DID not have, because we had to sacrifice something else that month, like not using our heater during the cold weather because we needed to recover from paying for these computers for my kids that are required by the school, and I would say one not working ok it happens, but all 3. No, that doesn't happen. What we got was scammed, and taken advantage of, and when I called to try and get support which they say u have with purchase, technical support, I was passed off to somebody else, transferred repeatedly, or put on hold and nobody got back on the phone, or just hungup on, and zero help. So now they still just sit, until I can recycle them. Never used not one of them for school or anything else. I dont know who runs or funds this program, but its shameful. I do NOT ,in fact I highly discourage purchasing and wasting money on these computers.

I had two laptops and an external storage drive. Everyone was nice and helpful. I got a little lost. You should drive around the building to the garage. The drop location is not visible from the street.

It makes me feel good to know that with a little effort someone might be able to use that laptops when they don't have a computer.

Staff is so incredibly nice! A great program for lower income families to get quality devices. Service is done in the back of the building. Tech support is simple and fantastic, also affordable if beyond the warranty. 👍👍

We've bought 2 laptops for our kiddos from here... Stopped by today for a warranty issue (dead motherboard probably) and Charlie helped me out... This guy is awesome! His attitude and customer service speaks volumes about this company that helps kids and parents in need of affordable technology for education. 2nd time dealing with him and each time was equally awesome. Esther is a real jem too! Highly recommend this easy to get to, fast, and efficient technology business.

This place affords low income families to get a computer. Great service, free for one yr after you get your computer. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. And they sell cheap accessories like speakers for $5. I like this place!

Great service. They are very thorough with the examination of the defective computers & if it can't be fixed right away they just give you a new one. I love the speedy process & over all costumer service.
