I've been a patient of Dr. Phan for years and my appointment today reminded me of my opinion that he is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He asks a lot of questions and provides very thorough explanations. I love how he draws pictures to illustrate his point.

Everyone who works here is kind, smart, and understanding. That being said, Dr. Phan is unprofessional, and genuinely no help, so don't meet with him. He will most likely mix you up with another patient, and tell you to "get over" your feelings as opposed to diagnosing the problem. He genuinely seems to have no care in doing his job to listen, understand, and help/diagnose. He won't even let you finish your sentence to explain how you feel, and he will cut you off and tell you something completely different than what you were actually going to say. Again, he is unprofessional. Other than him, everyone else is absolutely wonderful.

Douglas Young has really helped me over the years. I think almost all the people there practice efficiency, kindness, and understanding. With that being said, Dr. Phan is very mean, he mumbles, and he can get combative. I feel as though he gets patients mixed up & he gets an attitude. If Dr. Phan was not there I would give it 5 stars.

I go because I need my medication & like the therapists & the staff for the exception of Dr. Phan. For now on I'm not saying anything to him. I just need my perscription. I will discuss my problems with my therapist whenever I find one.

I'm a disabled iraq war veteran. I go to the VA for all my PTSD help but wont write letters for service dogs to fly on airlines. I went to this place to see if i can get a letter since i have all documents for me and my dog from psychiatrist in the VA but this doctor here is on Vacation and the supervisor told me they wont help me.
