This park is awesome. It was designed to keep kids active. It has a baseball field and they are working on face two of the park. I wish other parks would rethink of their designs. A couple of spinning devices that are broken. I wish people would take care of this type of parks for children to enjoy. May God continue to put it on the community and the parks to designed parks like this one๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ

I came to this park to attend the Lao Food Festival and overall I had a great experience, there was a wide array of vendors, some selling most of the same items. It does take place during the summer so be prepared for the hot weather. The food was great and the music was enjoyable.

This park is getting completely remodeled with a new community pool. The park itself straddles New Salem Street and across the street from the rec room is supposed to be done within this month (Dec 2017) and it looks like they make the deadline. Directly after the east side is done, they should be starting the pool side (where the rec room currently stands).

This is our tax money at work and it looks awesome so far!

Nice play structures under shade. 2 water fountains nearby. There is a covered cement area with 3 cement tables but that may be reserved for an event and can not be sued by public at that time. Overall nice respectful kids with attentive caring parents is a plus always.

I love this park! I bring my 2 grandchildren to this park every time I had the chance. Clean, and lots of things for my grandchildren to play with. Most importantly, walking distance from our house!

The parking lot for this park needs reconstruction. Like all other California parks, the playground only has equipment for small kids. There is only one shaded table area. The kids here aren't always friendly. I've never used their restroom. Ants, ants, ants .
