I believe the staff was absolutely outstanding, helpful, patient, and caring not just my situation but I saw them make a great helpful impact on other people as well. They helped me and my daughter greatly and I didn't just love the staff but my daughter did as well. Their motivation and mindset to help to ones who are in need is truly moving and positive. I suggest for the ones in need of help to call Safequest. And I believe in my heart they will not be disappointed. 🙂

Great agency!! I cannot thank Mai enough for all they she has done for our family. She had safe us and held our hands every step of the way. Mai, no words can express how much we appreciate you for all the great services as well as the wonderful support you have provided for our family in our darkest moments. Such a incredible, amazing, inspirational and passionate woman. This woman went beyond her job duties to take care of her clients. Thank you for saving my family Mai. Especially my wife and I! Sadly I reached out to this company last summer in June to be exact. Had a lady call me maybe twice and never received any actual help after my dv situation. Left messages as well and never got a call back. It’s unfortunate there are women who need help and you have organizations who don’t even follow through and assist! I’m still living in the car with my 2 boys after a year!

This place was HORRIBLE. The woman who runs the safe house was very unprofessional and said a lot of inappropriate things that were so hurtful. I was told today that I needed to leave so someone who is actually being abused could have my bed. This was so horrible. I have videos, police reports, several restraining order’s, and pictures of bruises from my abuser. This place is horrible. I am getting a lawyer to sue safe quest Safe house. I am so hurt and upset. I can't believe the way I was treated.

It’s funny they made a commercial to contact them for help they only halp a little they hurt more than help there was a lady I believe her name was Karen she was so mean and lied on me several times in my most vulnerable time it truly amazed me I wouldn’t recommend them at all she just caused more emotional damage than anything

Great people,we don't share same philosophical beliefs on what family its how mental health is a seriously large population of domest violence and until people men and children that murder one another for what we call snapped decision's. I believe statistics tell use more.
