I came and tried to get assistance - lost my job and was having a hard time and just needed help with my kids. I was able in one day get everything done ✅ I had my case manager and she was so helpful and kind .
I was also able to get my Cal Works worker help me and she was very supportive!
Everyone I ever encountered has been great!
I never had to wait long line or anything!
This has been a huge help for me and my kids .
They always have Parking 🅿️
And they have security guard and cameras so you feel safe !
Definitely recommend this place !

I really wish I could remember the guys name. We all have to deal with the if we don't know the right questions to ask. Most don't volunteer information. This employee literally saved my life. I was misdiagnosed. I could barely walk up to his window. In fact he helped me walk. I went through my story. I didn't know what I needed or what was offered. He told me I should not have been on his office but at the ER. mentioned I had been at the ER. Because I didn't know what to ask for, The ER sent me home. I ended up with 3 surgeries. I appreciate him. I wish I could remember his name.

Don’t help will give you partial paperwork to make you just have to come back in again or to another office if you for the people be for the people no half assed for us and really against us we come for accommodation and leave with nothing majority of time because of y’all lack of logic or intelligence but yeh I’ll probably never go to this office again no matter how far I’d have to walk

Very rude staff & they take for ever to help out. They treat people like if they were working for free. Honestly some people are not 100 % fine, they are struggling and the staff being rude make life harder!

This is a very modern place but the social service workers a doing a dis service to ppl who they deem “non applicable” based on their demeanor and method of operation, I went there to apply for services, it’s fairly easy getting in and applying for their services ( food stamps cash aid) but their process for qualifying or making those applicants eligible is fairly primitive in the respect that after you complete their application they tell you to leave or they say ok that’s it’s we’ll call you in three days ( on a Friday.) my experience there was disappointing and discouraging because they gave me they overall impression that I was not going to receive anything. Sure enough the following wed they called and I missed their call and they automatically rejected my claim for emergency cash aid( they don’t tell you what time they are going to call you.) These ppl called at 430 pm and I missed their call. This is not right because they never offered an appointment by phone or an office appointment( who can really know when they will call you if you have no scheduled time? ) This is what i experienced, their rejection of service letter was lightning fast (I came in 2 day) in fact i received an appointment letter togather with the rejection of claim for benefits, looks very disingenuous and feels discrimination to me.
