A sanctuary for self expression, flow arts, healing modalities, and music. All alcohol free, safe high vibrational space for authentic connection. New Age Church vibes for the Sunday Service, Igniting love to the fullest. Really wonderful space and great place for high vibrational events.

This is a wonderful new gem of a spot if you want to go be in community, listen to music, attend services, dance, or just be in Flow. Check this place out just above the Lincoln bar with wonderful music and ambience and great events from Sound bath, meditation, to a variety of singing groups and dance events. Would highly recommend!

Awesome place, love the plants and balcony vibe. Beautiful glass door. So much fun doing a community jam collaboration and getting into freestyle flow with drums instruments and singing.

Great venue , amazing vibe , back areas to hang out , chill , dance , and for peeps for private massage and sometimes other things like wax and relaxation etc , they have a downstairs outside venue also next door. Combined it’s a huge amazing space with a big outdoor patch :-), great for events and surprises!

Flow Life Sanctuary has become a big part of my life. I look forward to attending Sunday Services each week and highly recommend the spiritual nourishment it provides. There is music and Dr. MagickMike's wonderful meditations and interesting guest speakers along with a very warm community.

Great place to find community. Dance, yoga breathwork and a beautiful Sunday service. The space is visually incredible and there are community jam sessions that are a lot of fun and can be very healing. A wonderful place to feel connected again.
