The spin classes are mostly horrible, the locker rooms smell gross, the public programing is very slim, there are only 2 squat racks, and the staff is usually rude. Not worth $200 a month.

best gym/fitness center ever. it has everything i could possibly want in a gym. great equipment, great group classes, wonderful selection and with top-notch instructors, a supportive and friendly environment, great 25-yard pool with four (4) lanes, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, towel service. friendly and attentive staff. just a great place.

The preschool is wonderful but the swimming school is extremely disorganized - charged me 2 months for private lesson without enrollment confirmation and not contacting me after not showing up for full 2 months. They also kick kids out without giving enough chances to try it out.

Was debating between joining this or the USF gym. I felt that the USF one had a much better selection of equipment, cleanliness, friendliness. USF was also a much better value. I'd strongly consider USF or Fitness SF over this if you're looking for a gym

Lovely place! Great community fun activities, and in my opinion, a gym and pool MUST always have a sauna and jacuzzi! Nice atmosphere.

Nice gym, friendly staff, but personal training a joke. Wayyy too expensive for what you are offered. The fitness manager is never there and doesn’t reply to emails. After weeks of emailing and waiting for a response someone finally booked me in with a trainer. It was ok but not worth the rate they charge. Furthermore I never did hear from or meet the elusive manager, Michael. Does he even exist? I cancelled.

Having been to a ton of gyms around the city... Definitely one of the best gyms in the city - without paying the exorbitant prices of Equinox (it is a great alternative to it).

Great family & young professional environment, and welcoming to people of all races, colors & creeds. Very, very clean and all brand new and super well maintained equipment.

If you live by here and are a young professional you can all get on a "family plan" together with your roommates which makes it much more affordable. All around highly recommended!
