This Braum's location has the delicious food one expects from a Braum's restaurant. The seating is a bit limited. The customer service was excellent.

Helpful courteous customer service. always excellent especially in the afternoons and evenings good people good prices good management Braums at this location is doing really well the last five or six seven years really impressed. Produce is always well stocked and carefully selected. Eggs are always checked carefully.
Chicken is always bagged separately
Places kept clean bathrooms are kept clean this location is a credit to the chain. Also while we're out at the drive-thru services excellent and they're always friendly and helpful. The food is always hot and fresh and the fries are always perfect. When we ask for specialty items or customs they make them no problem no big deal. This is probably the best Braums in the city

Consistently leaves out parts of an order yet still charges for the missing food, like fries or veggies on a burger. Employees are more interested in gossiping behind the counter than doing anything helpful and the manager seems to be the only competent human being in the store.

I shop for some quality grocery items here. The A2 milk, butter, produce etc. is always fresh. It's more expensive than the grocery store, but better quality. The staff here is always friendly. The store itself could be cleaner.

Fries used to be awesome but last few times i got a burger combo my fries were barely warm and yucky greasy tasting. I like to get a large fry typically but not again. Perhaps they had gotten old and cold so they dropped in the grease for a second quick time. Not sure but cold grease was the flavor.

I love going to go to braums for their ice cream. The service is always good and the prices are still very real. Mt favorite is a double dip hot fudge sundae with extra nuts!@

I came to Braums after my son’s late Basketball game. The food was fresh, warm and sooo good even though we came later. They were very nice and the store was very clean. They have the best carb watch bread!

You need to teach ALL the cooks to fix the food correctly! I got a Grande burrito this morning and it was absolutely gross! Had one about a week before that and was great!
I will not go inside this establishment because it is down right filthy!! And no one including managers don't care! Guess that's what their homes look like!
