So the only reason I gave 2 starts is because the lady on the right was polite and helpful... but the lady on the left, my left could use some training in customer service... she was not only rude to me but every one else I herd her help... even on the phone...hope she has a better day...

This is the emergency number that's listed. Don't call it with questions about services or anything like that. I tried this morning simply to request my provider number and the lady who answered was very rude. Call the main HSA number instead and they'll transfer you to front desk.
