The hysterical young woman who works there should be fired.
First off, S-Karp makes the most excellent, high quality shoe. Would have loved to buy a pair today of their limited supply, but was unable to as the nasty woman working, after screaming into her phone for 15 minutes, told me none are
in my size. She then went right back into her angry phone call as me and another potential customer saw ourselves out. She was rude and the most unprofessional worker I have ever met. She should worry less about how she screwed up her documents for her upcoming trip and more about her job. Unbelievable and embarrassing for her. Came all the way to Brasov to get a pair too..

Isi bat joc de clienti cu serviciul lor de garantie.
Am cumparat o pereche de adidasi impermeabili si i-am returnat ca se udau. A trecut 2 saptamani si mi-au trimis alti.
Se udau si acestia. Acum nu imi mai raspund la telefon nici la fabrica, nici la email si au trecut mai mult de 16 zile.

Din pacate pe aceste produse, v-ati prostit!

Sunt ieftini, au calapod universal, ma strang sau sunt prea lungi( am 2 perechi), cataramele au ruginit , ma deranjeaza inclusiv la mers.
Ca si comparatie - pantofi de trail de la decathlon sunt net superiori , de marci consacrate nu mai vorbesc.in concluzie marketing mult si calitate slabuta - vreo 60 lei merita in nici un caz 200
