Our wedding reception (hosted here) was absolutely epic! The entire experience at Sweetwater exceeded all our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

The staff were exceptional--professional, attentive, and so genuinely fun. The service was impeccable, and they made sure that every detail was handled with care and efficiency. We felt incredibly supported throughout the entire event.

The food was truly delicious! Our guests were raving about how good everything was. We had fun putting the menu together, we appreciated the suggestions. It all came together amazingly.

The vibe was on point! The lighting on stage during performances was perfect--creating a magical atmosphere that complemented our theme beautifully. The way everything was set up was just right and made the evening so special. We especially appreciated being able party late - the fact that we could stay until 1am was very unique for a wedding venue. It made for an extended night of celebration and joy that we will cherish forever.

The planning process was smooth and enjoyable. The team's dedication and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the evening, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our wedding reception.

What a spot! It’s intimate, right downtown Mill Valley, great acoustics, great drinks. Not overly packed, even on a sold out night. What a treat to find this spot. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place to see Live music! Nice venue not too dark. Feels like you are up close to the band. All the staff were friendly and nice. Casual and fun with a bit of nostalgia. I expected Steve Nicks to walk through the back door at any minute. We saw St. Splendor and they were amazing musicians. Kate can really sing and they have fun energy!

Just before Christmas, I was able to purchase a Takamini cut away electric acoustic guitar. I will say the assistance from sales to customer service to delivery to packaging to how this guitar looked when I received it and lastly how great it sounds to be just incredible. My experience couldn’t have been better. I think that being in sales for the number of years I was, I recognized a lot of the extra things they did to make me feel important. Little things from sending a small bag of candy with the product to sending me pictures of my purchase, with the serial number of the one I purchased, to me before it ever came so that I could just look at it and appreciate my choice. I don’t know how I can really say more but Sweetwater was a company I was referred to and I will definitely refer as many people as I talk to about a purchase of anything music related
To give Sweetwater the first chance to be a service too. Lastly, I’ll say I bought a small amp from a different company for a reason that made sense and I called Sweetwater for instructions on what a good amp would be for me to purchase and you know even the size of the cables I need to hook into the guitar, which I learned our standard. They just even though it wasn’t their sale they helped me as if they were selling me the amp too. Not a big amp really just a small portable for about $180. But they walked me through it as if they were selling it to me, that’s incredible! If you think this review is too good to be real, I’m in Santa Cruz, California, where there are a lot of musicians and one of my music friends suggested I call Sweetwater. A lot of people here apparently use them. Big music community here. So it is real and I am really happy.

We had some conversations that were very pleasant even talking about how long he’s been playing music Kind of music I write and play and what I’d like to purchase. Michael went over and above I would say. Thank you, sweet Water.

I had ordered a small amount of recording gear from this company, only to find, that there was no tracking information available upon running a search for my items. I was told that my items would arrive on the 30th of last month and it is clearly the 4th. of February and still no tracking information. Customer Service refuses to give me a refund as they are wanting the items returned when clearly, I have no items to return. I heed warning, do not exchange business with these scammers

Pretty cool venue, sound is decent. Parking can be a pain & Marin is Marin...lol
Located in the quaint town of Mill Valley, I'd recommend going early & having dinner locally before a show.

Always a good time here. They were very diligent in checking Covid cards AND ID's so I felt a bit more secure in being inside with a bunch of random people. Great dance floor size. Great selection of beverages at the bar. Get there early if you want a seat and beware people will put their drinks and such on 'your' table.
