BEWARE! bring everything needed with you because employees will NOT provide ANYTHING with charging you. Take tape, packaging, & labels. They will charge you to use their computer & printer per 15 min & per copy. 🙄 This is NOT the business you should go to for customer service. During my time in there today, I literally watched the male employee attempt to upsale every patron plus, when declined, his condescending comments made us feel low. I HIGHLY recommend using any other UPS store to simply avoid this one. If you do choose to use, & after you have to pay extra etc. Feel free to leave your review & hopefully it will be better. BEWARE!

Anything lower than one star? If the busiest day of the week is Saturday as it states when searching for this store, why does it open at 10am instead of 9am? Why is there ONE employee to help 13 people waiting in line outside for the store to open? Who is managing this retail store? HORRIBLE SERVICE. This store does not care about customers and doesn't not value their time.

The guy at the front was rude and on his phone while trying to help me the whole time. Could see his phone screen and looked like he was sending Pokémon cards back and forth with someone. Typed in my name and address wrong after i told him how to spell it multiple times. Was trying to ship a smaller package that weighed less than 2lbs and was told it would be $34 to ship. I think that’s inaccurate and the guy that was helping me just didn’t know how to do his job. Won’t come back to this location.

The guy who works there was rude and very disrespectful. The way he talked to me was very unprofessional. I don't know how he still has a job there. Stop being rude to your customers!!!! There's no reason for it!!!

Concerned about management/supervisor at this store.

Today, when working with a staff member to return an Amazon product, the manager/assistant manager/supervisor told me I needed to tape the box. I replied that I used my last bit to seal the product and the manager replied it would cost $2 for a strip of packing tape. The staff member helping me said it was fine and not worth the trouble. The manager said he would take it from the staff members pay. I bought a roll of tape and used it to secure the package.

I don’t understand how the manager justifies taking their employees pay to assist a customer. Someone should look into this as staff should be rewarded for going above and beyond, not threatened with a loss in pay.

Yesterday I went to fax 4 items. The wi-fi was down. The 3 young people were doing their best to help everyone and also every time someone walked in, they tried to let them know. They were great. I appreciate this generation that gets such a bad review on the news all the time. I am proud of this staff for getting a job and doing the best they can with a situation that was completely out of their control. They are a great team

POOR customer service. Wants to charge for a piece of tape. The only UPS store in the city that charges extra for a piece of tape. I guess you can go out of business….. I’ll use a different privately owned store next time.

Very slow and bad customer service. Me and 5 other was waited inline for over 20 mins, and some lady walk-in, and an employee’s told that lady to come up and start helping her while everyone there was still waiting inline, unbelievable. I was so speechless.
