Momentum (formerly UCPLA) is very corrupt organization with leadership exploiting the vulnerable for money. Momentum prioritized funding over the well-being of the vulnerable community it supposedly services. I have witnessed the intimidation and unsafe conditions of both their employees and tenants. There are those within the organization who are honest and sincere in helping the vulnerable community but have little voice and no position of power. This organization has been involved in numerous lawsuits and I can understand why. Beware of this organization for your sake and that of your love ones.
