me and my family moved into still house on december 15 2023 and it was the worst mistake of our life the manager there pam beardsley is the most hateful person you could imagine she doesn’t answer emails doesn’t care about your problems and does not try to help you at all

since day 1 we had issues and problems with our neighbors and management of the property and many mansions . the downstairs neighbors would constantly complain about our kids running around, opening cupboards, playing tv loud, and they made a lot of complaints for me and my family they lied about me saying i was an abuser and no proof cops came out many times and just dropped everything

the neighbors in this building are horrible people except for a few they know who they are

me and my family are now homeless because of many mansions and the staff and management there

they don’t help people at all they hurt you and make sure your homeless

i tried to talk to the CEO AND PRESIDENT to try and save my family and me but he never got a hold of me

they promised to. i’ve me and my family from the top floor which i had a doctors note to do so which would have made me have no issues but instead they wanted to terminate our lease and have us homeless with my kids now

also my wife has multiple disabilities which they violated and did. or realize doing what they did just broke a bunch of laws and disability acts uh oh your in trouble now

these people are monsters and horrible they don’t care about people

hey mr CEO IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE CONTACT ME

i plan on suing many mansions and all the management there and taking them to court for violating disabilities act

We Miss Greg our Property Manager who has it together! He was unappreciated by his Peers but his tenants respected, & loved him as our Property Manager! Since Greg Cole has been gone it will never be the same, again! He deserved better from his colleagues, & the management! Which BTW as of today they are hurting for property managers in 3 different locations! Short staffed & unavailable most of the time. When they decide to train ppl for the position as property manager they will be a Better Company for it! WHEN WE INVEST IN PEOPLE, WE REAP WHAT WE SOW, EVERYTHING WE DO FOR THE BETTER OF HUMANITY WE ARE REWARDED GREATLY BY THE DIVINE!

They helped my family through a really difficult time. I waited five years on the waiting list but it was worth it. They gave me a case worker that supported me in schooling opportunities, job applications, budget strategies and so much more. They understand everyone that comes in is in a different place in there life and is accommodating to those who need extra help. There are even groups to teach coping skills and ways to support your daily life.

So I got on a list through Turning Points Foundation for Many Mansion along time ago and still no response so a worker from whole person care act told me about the new Many Mansion in Oxnard 84 units available I have mental health issues and I'm disabled and low income so I think I qualify I called left messages asking for help they called back and tried to help but didn't want to completely help but it wasn't there fault I didn't see it says on there website that they will help with the application and that's not a lie but you have to point these thing's out and they will insist you go in I actually called back and apologized and the lady tried to walk me through it but it was a problem with the website it constantly said I already had a account and that my account was invalid I couldn't fill out a application she said she would call back Monday I hope so I got approved for section 8 and am having no luck finding anything there is alot more to it meaning you need credit and a deposit and first month's rent a in some cases a double deposit impossible to do .... I still believe in section 8 and I also believe in Many Mansion's they really do help families, homeless, mental illness and low income as well as veterans it's just impossible to be able to walk everyone through it but it's the only way to do it

Many Mansions in general is unprofessional. i’ve been on the list over 4 yrs . My application was somehow not found, no record of it and i was never contacted. i was told to go apply at housing authority since there was no record of it. i found my copy of application dated and stamped took it to housing central. do u think they got on it! Heck No i was placed at the bottom of the list , was told they would place me in the order where i should be oh they didn’t go by the date i first applied but placed me in the order of my call 3-4 yrs later. i’ve been living with family and friends from day 1 just waiting to be placed in an apartment. i’m still waiting and i was notified i’m Number 1,000 something!! are you joking. i could say i have mental issues and ain’t all there maybe i would have a place. im going to sit back and see what they intend to do!’ another 4 years !! Hell No!! im taking it up over their head and

This place has evicted more people than it's served. The one I was in has the most unprofessional onsite manager I've ever experienced. Gossiping about tennant's with other tennant's. Outright lies fabricated with resident witnesses.
Defamation of several residents.
I personally know many residents who all have horror stories from their dealings with the manager false police reports, extortion and downright malice.
It's like she wanted to be a cop but did t pass the pshych test and so landed here and still wants to be a cop.
Best part. I knew this going in from other residents and have a legal oapertrail and emails for the outcome.
Many dissed veterans have been evicted for stead of worked with. It's mai ly the lies and fabrications that are unacceptable.
For anon profit that's is completely paid for they are making a killing.

A lady, who seems to work at this location, advised me that I cannot back into parking spaces. Please don't tell me how to park my car. I like to see where the hell I'm going in a parking lot.
