Die Führung war interessant, v.a. Der Chef der Entwicklungsküche (Sebastian...?) Hat alles sehr gut erklärt, alles hatte Hand und Fuß ; ein sehr kompetenter Mann der sicherlich (wie ich hoffe) noch viele gute Ideen einbringen, und so v.a. Innovationen im Bereich der Speisen für Alten-/Pflegeheime auf den Weg bringen wird.
An DIESER Stelle (eben magdas 1230 direkt) wird Feedback und konstruktive Kritik auch angenommen...nicht überall der Fall. Also weiter so, auch der Stellenvergabe an Mitarbeiter, die sonst Arbeitsmarkt sehr schwer Beschäftigung gefuttert hätten. Ebenso das BIO-ziel von 30%....toi,toi,toi!
