I’ve lived in this +55 Park for 6 years. It is my home. Nice community. Quiet, as many still work. There’s a communal 70s vibe that defines the clubhouse with complete kitchen,games room, library, outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi for 15. There’s a billiards room and never used, recently maintained shuffleboard courts. informal groups meet for various social activities like cards, games, book club, bingo.
