The Q Street Store gets 5 Stars. The Other Day I Dropped off a Donation and was Greeted by the Friendliest Associate I Have Seen at Any Retail Store This Year. She Smiled and Said Thank You and Have a Nice Day That Goes a Long Way in Today's World!!

It is possible to find items at all of St. Vincent's that cannot be found anywhere else. For example, these glass domes and these steamers, each of which I bought for only $5 !!

Went back in to return a few items and the "manager" proceeded to tell me the two lights I purchased for only $2.99 ea. We're NOT from their store St.Vinnies! Then proceeded to try and tell me a 3rd item I purchased was way under priced at the time I purchased it and wanted to only give me $2.99 for it when she said it should've been priced at $30.00 . I was also returning a jacket for only $7.99. Mind you I had the receipts for everything. She only was willing to return the 7.99 and 2.99 for a total of Just under$11 dollars. Scandalous and not too bright because she said the other item that should've been$30 . So she screwed her store out of $19! I was only wanting what was owed wich was just under $18!! If only she honored my receipts. Way to go little genius. Also did not give me my original receipt back either

Use to be a great store, now their over priced for what they have. Some stuff is marked at what it would cost new to buy. Yes they have 25% and 50% off still but usually on the item your not looking for. Don't really recommend. Sad to say it. Thift store use to be reasonably priced. There's afew of the staff that are helpful. Majority aren't though. No one was coming to check out for quite afew mins even though there was a line and multiple staff around doing stuff besides checking anyone out.

This store has 90% junk 10% salvageable .everything Is overpriced simple items, hats, shoes come with athlete feet or fungus, shirts , jeans chairs , furniture have spec of meco or rimmer stains from a lucky night poochie everything in that store. It has become a business, corporate greed ,Come on now you get items donated and we as customers have to pay retail price for this

This place is ridiculous on prices a used motor wheel chair they want $1,000 for this place will no longer get my business you expect people to be able to afford medical items as each item has been donated but here this place is price gouging so no one can afford anything

You guys get everything free you don't pay for anything,and st Vinnie's is sapose to help the community that can't afford to go and buy new clothing and what ever else there looking for in a thrift store everything is way over priced for it being free to you guys.i use to shop at thrift stores but I found shopping at Walmart I can get brand new stuff for the same price as used stuff at your thrift stores so I now just shop at Walmart.no more shopping at st Vinnie's or goodwill or any thrift store I get brand new never worn ,never used stuff for the same price and a lot of times even cheaper when there on sale done with thrift stores .
