Simple return process, easy to get your deposits back. Just make sure you check how busy it is on Google; before you go; because sometimes it gets really backed up and there is a long line to wait for. Usually mornings are less busy, the first hour or two after they open.

I have sensory issues, and I had to cover my nose--the lady working immediately set up a fan, and helped me get my bottles returned. I can't go here often because my brain is a jerk about smell, but nothing here will bug a nt person and the staff is super nice.

Some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Me and 2 of my friends went into turn in cans. Yes we had a lot of cans between the 3 of us. 2 of us went in and started returning. One short lady came up and pointed out to my friend (who is black) that only 350 per person. But not to anyone else and I had more cans than he had. He got done ($22.80) and went outside. I cashed out at $21.40) went outside and got more cans and came back in ($12.60) other friend came in and turned in 2 bags of cans he cashed out at ($25.00). We all met up outside and tallied up our tickets and went in to cash them in. All 3 of us were standing in line 1 friend went to one machine and me and the other went to the machine next to him and again that lady that was so rude walked right up to my colored friend and started to tell him (very rudely) that he wasn't gonna be able to come back cause he cashed in more than his allotted amount. That was when my other friend stepped up and informed her that we were all together and we actually hadn't even turned in 35 dollars each. She then turned and stormed off.
That lady needs to quit her job. What a miserable life she must have to be so racist and judgemental.

I used to go in the middle of the day and it was always super busy and long online that's even before the covid hit.
now I go around five and they close at 6:00 I find that the hardest people that cannot keep the social distancing are the ones that are homeless and they're usually not wearing a mask but that is not all of them it's a very few
the BOTTLE DROP AS A COMPANY ALLOWS ONLY TWO IN WAITING FOR MACHINES THEY HAVE PADS CIRCLES ON THE FLOOR THAT YOU STAND AT AND EVERYBODY ELSE IS OUTSIDE THE DOOR THE COMPANY KEEPS THE PLACE CLEAN THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THEM ARE NICE AND I HAVE PICTURES

I'm giving 5 stars because of the staff that was working on Sat 07/27/24. The line getting in was short. The machines all worked. The staff was polite and helpful. I locked myself out of my account. Hannah S. took the time to walk me through getting back in and did it with a smile. I was leaving the parking lot and Hannah comes running out with my driver license in her hand. That was above and beyond.

Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Went in just to get bags and the employee left in the middle of helping me and I was treated like an idiot for asking basic questions about bottle drop.

Quick in and out. Not so beer stinky as Eugene. Fewer Folk of the No-Homes. I enjoy these communal ideals of money-changing. There must be other ideas afloat out there.

Honestly the actual place is great and I would love to give 5 stars. The man that works there is very friendly . But the older lady ruins it for everyone. She yelled at my kids right in front of me. Rushing them, telling them to actually read the sign. It was their first time and I was walking them through it . Everyone has to learn. She never has a smile on her face. Every time I have gone in there before, by myself, I have chalked it up to she’s just unpleasant. But today I had enough don’t yell at kids that aren’t yours.
