One of the most inspirational places I've ever been too. I came here as a field trip during a UCLA program and the people here really care for what they do. These people help fight and help restore and make South LA a better place and they have been for a while. The things they have done is so amazing I was so lucky and thankful for what they did and having the opportunity to go!

Last week I finally had an opportunity to attend a gathering hosted by Community Coalition. The Coalition team members had made contact with me a year ago at my front door and has maintained that contact whether I was able to attend a gathering or not. When I crossed the threshold of the Coalition building I immediately experienced embrace, peace, and acceptance. I believe that the heartbeat of the Coalition is its people and community, I definitely want to be a part of this change movement.

Looks like they are trying to do some good things. Was there to address the L.A. city counsel remarks. Hopefully it was not just a gripe session, but results happen, are heard and felt.

It is a place where people come together from all ages, such as young children, young adults, middle age adults & senior citizens. We meet every Friday night from 6:30pm -7:30pm to learn dance steps from different regions of the world. Such as the United States & many Latin countries. "Sabor Session." You are welcome to join us, it is alot of fun!

For the last 20 years this organization has worked hard to bring to its surrounding community a voice that is respected by the City officials as well as the officials of the other government entities. It has successfully improved the environment and image of its community.
