I take their free online classes and I really enjoy it. I decided to better myself through learning more about technology and I am glad I went with this company. The lessons are bite size and understandable but challenging enough to keep me engaged!

Good lessons. But service could be better. They advertise that you can get 50% of tuition if you graduate in 1 year. I graduated 2courses in 1 year but I haven't got any reimbursement for 8months. If you're not a rich student you should know that you can not get reimbursement right after the graduation (They say the reimbursement process usually take 8weeks.) and make a budget plan with referring to this fact. And remember that you should request the link for reimbursement registration. They never say what to do after graduation before you ask them. The reimbursement isn't automatically processed even though it seems so. They don't inform you that you should register the reimbursement form which is necessary. If i didn't pay for one month they would inform me right after the payment day. But for the reimbursement they kept silent for 7months. They only care about gathering student advertising about reimbursement. And most importantly, the service support is terrible. They never apologize.

Worst Team and Support. I could not complete the course and made full payment to them. Asked them to get restarted on the course and they denied. Its horrible, think before you enroll twice.

For denial they give you explanation of policy and ask u to again pay. What is the benefit of online course and giving so much money for no proper support.

Also there is no call back number for support. Wait for weeks to get answer to emails and the reason you get is they are overloaded.

While researching I found some better content on google and linkedin for machine learning. support from UDACITY will take their own sweet time to answer your concerns and even if they answer its not worth.

Few things to consider before you sign up for a paid course. Support is just non-existent, in case you ever run into an issue that you'd like to discuss with someone.Yes, there is a contact form on their site but I waited for two weeks to get a response.There is nobody available to discuss or follow up non-technical issues. Their class room support exists in name only.

If a company charges big bucks for their offerings then their level of support ought to match what they charge which is not in this case.As far as content goes, it is OK nothing that you wouldn't find on Coursera or EdX with an added benefit of getting timely support for non-technical issues.

Stay away and if it was possible to give negative rating I'd have done so.

I canceled, I deleted my card info, and then my account. Then, they waited 2 months and started charging me again 399 dollars a month! I tried to contact them and ended up filing a claim with my bank after the second charge went through with no response from Udacity. Even the BBB couldn't reach them. Then, they provided false documentation to Chase about my subscription and falsified their records causing Chase to reverse an entire 399 dollar payment. They have done this before! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I WAS WARNED by other reviews, and now, you have been warned.

I am truly disappointed in udacity. It is impossible to get help and talk to someone. One of there programs had numerous errors and the errors interfered with my progress and enrollment. It's been a week and all I get is the run around with customer service emails from other countries. There live chat does not work for a live agent.

Please go else where. Their website statements and promises are lies. Do not waste your time or money. They do not take accountable for their errors and they do not help you.

Udacity has to be the best online self-teaching source of computer science courses, both free and paid, that I've ever encountered. Udacity makes it possible to learn in-demand and growing skills that will help boost careers and open new opportunities to those that push themselves.

I am a teacher wanting to make a transition and Udacity is making it easy for me to learn new skills. I am self taught for most of my HTML and programming (besides the basics I learned in college) but I need a little bit more structure. I also need to figure out what I don't know. Udacity provides that. I hope to be in a new position before the end of this year.
