This is a cute little mobile home park set in the middle of Los Banos and I've been a neighbor for many yrs. If ever there's a problem there's a wonderful property manager named Ed and he's the fix it man! Always responds to calls and text. Whatever he can't do there is a wonderful Regional property manager Crissie who is super kind and willing to listen and solves any issues. She also keeps in contact to make sure things continue to run smoothly! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A beautiful place! Very big bathrooms, it's got a good size bar, it's got a nice lounge area right outside the bar just incase you get thirsty. It's got plenty of parking & the golf course is very big. My family & I just loved it and had a wonderful time.
