My experience with them is that they send undertrained staff to high priority cases, their BCBA's are none communicative with the classroom teachers or administration and they don't usually send subs when their R/BTs are out. They could benefit from more indepth training and supervision. I am currently on my break in a classroom where they have a 1:1 and their BT did not show. No communication from the BT or administration and no sub. This is the FOURTH time this week. OK they JUST sent a sub lol

I'm so happy to be an employee working with Eval group. It's my favorite comp I've ever been apart, they make it so easy even though we do go through different trials while working, l always know they have my back. The pay here is amazing and also it's room for growth if you're a para it's room for you to become a RBT and that's my favorite part.

Eval Group is super supportive of its staff and offers great pay and benefits. I am currently working as a 1 to 1 aide. If i could give this company a 0 I would, but that’s not possible so I give them a 1. This is the worst and most shady company I have ever worked for. I hope they shut down. The director is a scammer, communicates terribly, discriminates against employees, has no professionalism, talks rudely to staff, promoted
someone because they wanted to sue her and trained that person to be just
like her, a menace. They think they can get away with all foul play because they pay a little more than most companies. Don’t waste your time working for them it isn’t even worth it. If you see any good reviews it’s because the director pays employees to leave good reviews about the company.
