My fiancé and I started seeing Arda a few months ago as a way to get past some issues before we get married. We had this “same fight” or so we called it. Arda helped us through his amazing method to work through this - it’s been like unlocking our childhood traumas together to uncover our most vulnerable places. I have been working with Arda on a weekly basis for almost 2 months. This is the first time I have ever been a part of a program/coaching/therapy.

Working with and getting to know Arda has been such an awesome experience and great investment! He helped me identify what was preventing me from reaching a goal. Arda and the Rise to Realize group was paramount to my healing journey. My story is that I been recovering from burn out, stress and anxiety from pushing my mind and body so hard till I had a few mental breakdowns. Eminem’s song “till I collapse” use to be one of my favorite anthems I play to pump myself up to push harder and push through the pain. I grew up being taught that we are suppose to work hard and sacrifice for the team and that’s what I did until I had almost nothing left to give.

I decided I needed to make a change if I wanted to thrive again so I reached out to find a coach who can guide me along the way. I found Arda and listened to his Rise to Realize podcast and everything he said resonated with me so reached out to him and had a few sessions with him and also participated in the group workshops.

It was a life changing experience and his system worked for me. I now have gained another level of awareness and tools to help myself anytime I’m feeling overwhelmed or stressed. I can’t thank Arda and his team enough for helping me and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
