I lived in the Heart 2 Serve women’s home when I was fresh out of treatment and early in my recovery. I stayed there two years. The program helped connect me to recovery meetings and a local Bible study to help increase my social support and learn about the 12 steps of AA. The women’s home became a hedge of protection around me, the structure and guidelines encouraging me to stay sober, while I learned new life and recovery skills and rebuilt parts of me that were lost. The first year that I lived there, I attended school and had difficulty working and also attending school. I started to get behind on my rent and they encouraged me to not worry about the debt, and to finish school, and I did. After I moved out, I called Brian, the founder, to let him know I wanted to pay him back for the rent that I had missed while I was in school. Brian told me not to worry about it, that the debt was forgiven, and to pay it forward. Time and time again I have seen staff at Heart 2 Serve show grace and unconditional love to people who are struggling, just like myself, and support us on a path to freedom through the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous. The Heart 2 Serve program in the women’s home gave me a safe place to grow and go on paying it forward and living a life filled with purpose. I would highly recommend this program.

Heart2serve has been an incredibly crucial part of my sobriety. I was fortunate enough to build a solid foundation for my sobriety thanks to everyone at Heart2Serve. I was able to rebuild my life and use the tools that I gained from living here in my everyday life. I am fortunate to still be in contact with these incredible people who will always be a big part of my sobriety!

This organization helped me stay sober and build the solid foundation I have today to cope with life in sobriety. I just hit my one year of sobriety recently, and felt confident when it was my time to be out on my own. The structure that I learned while being a part of Heart to Serve will always be a huge part of my sobriety and daily life forever. The lifelong tools and friendships I learned and made while here is priceless. Grateful is an understatement.

I don’t know where I would be without this organization. I wanted to live a sober life and didn’t know how and this organization rose to the occasion. I was lost and confused, having never been sober in my adult life, but H2S gave me the tools and structure I needed to live a wonderfully sober life. I now have a valid driver’s license, a full time job that I love and I own my own vehicle, this never would have happened without the love and support they provided me. I will forever be grateful to them and may God continue to bless this organization and the staff. Love you guys to pieces!!

This was by far the WORST transitional living I have ever been to!! Some of the requirements make it almost impossible to get ahead in life . The owners seem to be good people., however management is very unprofessional, and rude , gossiping about clients and micro managing. I would NEVER EVER refer ANYONE to Heart 2 Serve , please do not send your family to one of their transitional living homes, you will regret it

I am so happy that we went with Heart 2 Serve to help us with repairs to our house as we prepared to sell our home. Cliff, was executed on the work, showed up on time and worked diligently every day for 4 day to get our jobs complete. He was always very kind and thoughtful about doing a complete and conscientious job. We were very impressed at what he got completed in the short amount of time by himself. He was also accommodating when we found additional repair items and kindly added them to the work.

It was also a pleasure to speak with Brian and Mike on the business end. They were friendly and accommodating as well.

I highly recommend Heart 2 Serve. It’s hard to find honest and fair-pricing contractors who do a great job, complete on time, and are pleasant to work with. Thank you, Heart 2 Serve, for all your work!!

Heart 2 Serve Inc. has done several major remodeling projects for our company. Including a room addition, new HVAC, kitchen & bath remodeling, cabinetry and painting. I am very satisfied with both their reasonable prices and quality of their work.
