Recently attended one of their swaps. Paid for the spot, got there early and already saw people setting up. Decided to just talk to one of the volunteers to check in and was met with angry looks and grunts. Then, to top it off, the person managing it didn't plan for people to load in and out and decided to have move my stuff and wait after I lugged all my stuff in to my spot. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to set up my spot while others were already vending. No sorry or nothing. I paid for the spot and got there on time just like everyone else but because of poor management, I lost out on swap time.

Great people! Very nice guys. Helpful and friendly.
EXCEPT;
For the rude racist old grumpy white women that worked as cashiers on the swap meet who think they own the place! Pity such people ruin the vibe and environment of this great friendly place.
Hate to give them 1 star but ..

A really great place! Ordered my bike online and picked it up on their next working day. Andrew was really accommodating and walked me through some basics on the bike and how to take care of it. Plus, they have a really great mission too. Would definitely recommend!

Bicycle Exchange will take any bike you don't use or need anymore, fix it and donate to those who need it more. They also sell some nice refurbished pieces to fund repairs of donated bikes. You can also volunteer, learn how to fix bikes and participate in the process. Very nice initiative!
Felt welcome, several persons asked about my needs and add-on requested on site was done quickly!
Would recommend 100%

Excellent selection of used bikes and parts. Everything you need to get on the road. Probably the coolest and most interesting bike shop I've ever been to.

The Bike Exchange is *the* place to donate a used bike, pick up a used bike, or learn some maintenance skills. Donated bicycles are refurbished and then quality-checked by experienced volunteers. Friendly, experienced volunteers train less-experienced ones and newbies. Bicycles are then donated for use by deserving kids or by adults who could use a bike to get to a job. Higher-end bikes are sold to help finance the operations. Such a worthy organization.

A great organization to donate your bikes as well as your time and resources. They refurbish used bikes and donate them to individuals in need and sell them to the public. You can donate your time and learn how to fix bikes.
