I have gotten excellent service at the ClickAway locations in Santa Cruz and Los Altos, California. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a computer or smartphone technology or software issue. One thing I did was take my old PCs and laptops in and have the data moved to external hard drives which I may access. So I retrieved digital photos from more than a decade ago. That was great!
