I have been to many gyms in my life, and this has by far been the most successful in terms of my personal growth for the two years I have been coming here. I was pretty nervous coming into a CrossFit Gym when I first started, but the CFL community is VERY welcoming and strong. As soon as you walk through the door, you will be welcomed by other members. There are people of all ages (we have some pretty amazing 70+ year olds that kick our butts) and fitness levels (from people just starting their fitness adventure to top CrossFit competitors) and everything in between. Regardless of skill level or age, Dave has cultivated such a respectful and welcoming spirit that his members live by. You will not solely focus on just your physical fitness, but the entire journey that is coupled with mental health/spirituality, nutrition, and social life, to reap many benefits in your life as a whole.

I have been attending Crossfit Loomis for 8 years and I will never leave. Regardless of the workout, this place is a family. The support and community you get when you walk through the doors is like nothing else. "Crossfit" can be intimidating but not at our gym. The workout can be modified to suit any individual, injury, age, ability, etc. Trust me, you will not regret making the decision to join Crossfit Loomis.

I have always been an active individual and after Covid, really struggled to find a new gym routine. I’m so glad a friend dragged me to CrossFit Loomis after having my daughter. The community here was so welcoming and Dave is an excellent coach. I’ve never felt more strong or fit than I have since coming here!
