Big, open and lots of things to do here. We especially love the creek and the walking trails. We finally got to see the salmon spawning this year. Also if you come during/for a little league game then the snack bar is great.

Big park..horse shoe pits, horse arena and trail, creek, baseball fields, soccer, playgrounds, basketball courts, 9 hole disc (frolf) course kinda, bathrooms, handicap excessable with plenty of parking, covered picnic with bbq pits on site and big walking path around...also north park is right across street with playground and softball fields.

My family from the early '80s until '93 , would hold what they called a 'Ball Bash' here every summer. Not only is the park split into two separate sections by King Road, But one of the few parks that actually has a horse corral on the grounds in the Sacramento area. As a kid, my absolute favorite part was walking along the creek that runs through the park, and catching crayfish, and frogs. Probably the best park in the Sacramento area, and unequivocally the best in Placer County for its intended features, and unintended.

Beautiful nature, quiet, nice playgrounds, big basketball court. A lot of tables to enjoy your food. Restrooms are clean. Our kids love this park.

Clean area. The playground is close enough to keep an eye on your kids & it's far enough away so you can watch your other kid play ball. The restroom has a stall for handicapped folks, but what I noticed is how clean & well-stocked it was. I go
With my family to watch our grand-child, child, nephew & great nephew as he plays ball. He's an excellent pitcher, catcher, short stop & 2nd baseman. He's an incredible boy of 10. I can only imagine how wonderful his life will be. Lots of space with 2 baseball playing fields & a working scoreboard. YAY go, you won't be disappointed.

Loomis is the best place to raise a family my sons are 5th generation and now my oldest at 6 years old has started baseball at this park and my youngest at 2 years loves playing here
