It is a great place to help and assist you to get back in your feet, reach jobs and great schooling locations, to help restart your life, in a non alcoholic and drug dependent place in your life! Plus they provide great free lunches and dinners and showers around 5-5:30 PM Monday through Friday, and some Sundays.

Ricky and Stefan are alright, but the rest of the staff are egotistical and unprofessional. There are a lot of pretenders here.

Diffently would have given zero stars to this place only cause how and who runs it but love what it does for people. However, Please be aware of this fraudulent place that is not what it represents to the community. These employees have asked my significant other to file taxes in others names with his writing. He would give to the one individual in a clip board for laundry then that gentleman would give to Russel the manager of the LBRM to send out via mail. What they do with money I am not sure how what they also do not drug test as my fiance had gotten drunk many times with others smoke weed still and mushrooms onto of that he was still making drug deals in Middle of night when front entrance is supposed to.be on lock. This place was suppose to save my 15 month old baby dad's life by helping him and yet they took advantage of his weakness from the disease to get what they wanted. So now my son is suffering still with a dad that is still an alcoholic. Then about two weeks ago the head maintenance crew guy named Mason whose parents are big money spender to that place, he came from long beach at 7 pm estimated time to Temecula drunk wearing a sheriff's hat on, after picking up my fiance he bought a bottle of Amsterdam and they drank it on way to Mason parents house they then bought another bottle when they arrived in long beach adlnd drank that one. They continued to drink the next day while Mason was at work at the LBRM. To me this place is a business of fraud and embezzlement. Donations of any that are expensive or worth a value are sold when any type of Jordan shoes come in they go up to a staff member room and they give to higher staff members. Mind you they get paid to buy themselves nice things when people are trying to bless those of unfortunate no matter their story. I was at the Lydia house and it took me days to get underwear yet tge women staff are in the donation room getting brand new shoes and clothes for them as I was asking for the 5th time for items for myself. Also the lady that burnt the tree down was a beautiful soul that was traumatized and needed help if the women staff did their job the way they should have they would have known Christmas was a hard day for her as I was there 4 days and as a AUD I spoke with her and knew what she was dealing with so I watched her very close as I had a child with me. She opened up to me as a person if I would have stayed I think I could have helped her.

I know many who have come through Long Beach Rescue Mission and Lydia House. Their lives have not only been changed for the better but many for the permanent. These two places have made them understand how important they are to God and His purpose. Also to this world.
