Everyone involved was amazing. They made an extremely hard moment a little easier and helped us make the decision to help save others. Everything was explained with great detail and was never pressured into anything. They were amazing to deal with!

They really deserve 0 stars!
These people should be ashamed of themselves and how they conduct business. They have 0 regard for the grieving family, or the donor. They started asking about organ donation as soon as the family made it to the hospital, before the doctors had done everything they could. During 3 different occasions they acted like they cared and it is all a lie. There should be a different way of doing this.
They put the family through all the pain imaginable, and in the end they could not use any of the organs.
You need to do better, LiveOnNY
I will not rest until someone conducts an investigation about these people.

This place is disgusting and evil. Their employees have ZERO empathy towards the families that had just lost their loved ones. They are extremely corrupt having people hired based ONLY off of being friends with someone in a high position even if you have no experience whatsoever. This place purely exists as a legal organ market. You would get better costumer service and more empathy from literally anyone els in the world. This place makes me sick and does not deserve to be in business.

Shortly after my wife received her liver transplant a little over 2 years ago, we began volunteering with Live On NY to raise awareness on the importance of organ donation. Live On NY has been an amazing organization to volunteer with, and all of the staff that we have interacted with have been so supportive and passionate about the amazing work they do everyday. This organization is literally saving lives, and we are so happy to be able to be a small part of what they do.

Corrupt organization with ineffective leadership and dismal output for organ donors and recipients. They're biased against New Yorkers and suffer from nepotism, mismanagement, and high turnover rates. They have employees who don't know where Harlem is located. New York deserves a lot better.
