Depending on where you going expect to be super early They give the driver a time is 5 minutes before the time they give you. So waiting until the time the give u, you will miss the bus. I will say the door to door service is nice but that's it. There have been times when i cant get a bus at all and i have even had an incident where they cancelled my bus and did not tell me. After that i had to schedule a same day ride. At this point a cab is way more convenient and less hassel.
