Had a visit today, the staff, facility, and care were amazing. The best ER experience I've ever had. Everyone was really nice and seemed to genuinely care for my child's health. Super happy we decided to make the drive.

Big things to all the staff for being great.

Hi everyone, so I must say that yes they do take forever to actually get to you and your child but literally what are we going to do about it The staff inside the actual rooms were very nice!! ✨ Robert was our nurse and Joel our resident/Dr. and they were good! Reception can be so much better they just had that tired and not want to deal with you face but guys were talking long hour shifts I mean we all have problemas and issues…and aren’t going to always be the best version of ourselves. If you ever do go in just be prepared bring food water chargers iPads anything you need to feel kinda relaxed while your waiting there for 5 or more hours!! 😬 HOPE THIS HELPS

My daughter did a procedure today. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the cardiology nurse team at Loma Linda Children’s Hospital. Every nurse we encountered was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their compassion and attention to detail made a difficult time much easier to handle. I’m deeply grateful for their care and professionalism—thank you for everything you do!

I would never recommend this emergency room to any parent! Went in tonight due to my 1 year old daughter projecting vomit BAD 3 times in the course of now two days after hitting her head on tile floor which if enough research is done and you’ve taken classes to be certified, it’s obviously a sign of a possible concussion besides lethargy. Nurses knew I came in for the possibility of a concussion and was it considered an emergency? NO!!! Had us waiting 4 hours just to be seen by a Dr amongst other parents who were just as irritated with the wait time because it ended up being 3 am when we arrived at 11:30 pm. I’m beyond upset that my daughter wasn’t seen RIGHT AWAY since it was considered an EMERGENCY for head scans and imaging to check and confirm if my daughter has a minor to mild concussion because she’s also beyond dehydrated from the amount she’s projected. We ended up leaving at exactly 3 am because of the wait and our daughter was fighting sleep, we’re not the only ones who left either. Multiple upset parents left with their child due to such ridiculous wait time. To be told that they didn’t even know when a room would be available either due to ‘constant children leaving and trickling in to available rooms’ when asked, like are you f’ing kidding me? You couldn’t have accepted my daughter into a room since she was an EMERGENCY?! A concussion is no joke for a toddler and it’s like they didn’t even give a damn! I’m VERY upset and I will never come here again to get my daughter treated so please save yourself the time and energy as a parent, find someplace BETTER for your child!

I am surprised that this place even has 2.2 average rating. It may have to do with the fact that the people here are indeed friendly. However, any goodness ends right there.
I had an unfortunate visit to this place yesterday. Of course, there was a long wait, not only in the lobby, but even after going to the examination room. But all of that was rather expected out of any ER in US.
What prompted me to write this review and tell people to not go here is the fact that the 'provider' who checked my daughter was an RN, not an MD Doctor. It's sickening how nurses, with limited knowledge, limited education can actually act as if they are doctors. Of course, it costs much less to hire them, which shows the quality of the place.
The lack of knowledge of RN was obvious when she completely misdiagnosed my daughter. According to her, 12 hour of continuous dizziness was caused by simple dehydration. Even a midwife knows better. So, she prescribed dizziness medication (yes, to reduce the symptom while diagnosis was never done), which even didn't help. At the end, she said that if dizziness continues, we should go to her pediatrician and have them do the blood work. Really? Then, why did I waste so many hours in the ER.
It's sad how disgusting the ERs have become, but this place was indeed the bottom of the pile.
If you do have any serious issues with your child, please do a favor on their life and don't take them to this place. Instead, just wait for the next day and take them to their pediatrician. You will just waste time (and of course, money) - the whole reason this place exists.

I just had never experience this attitude and attention in urgent care. Since I got there the lady at the door so rude to get our attention. Now it’s been almost 10 hrs. My doughter is diabetic and they don’t remember we were told to disconnect her insulin pump and it’s been several hrs she haven’t been check (glucose) and I decided to connect her again because her glucose is been up and down.. we were told they are just waiting for a result like 3hrs. ago. Because it looks that she has UTI… And I do not see any doctor around the nurse she is been with her attitude in her face (Adriana Mendoza) and absolutely so rude. They are just sitting down and I do not see that urgent care is to busy at all.. even an other nurse she said it is weird to take so long because it’s not busy at all..
For the past experience have been excellent. Maybe they made some changes… but I think it’s sad.

I really can't blame the ER because they did see my son in a timely manner. BUT to hear from a doctor that the ENT specialist said they wouldn't come to the ER to see my son when he's having trouble breathing in his sleep, I was upset. BUT THEN to hear that the ENT specialist said "it's not an emergency and don't bring my son in unless he STOPS breathing", how can you live with yourself? STOP BEING LAZY AND TAKE CARE OF THESE CHILDREN WE COME TO YOU FOR HELP! THERE'S A REASON YOU WORK IN THE DEPARTMENTS YOU WORK IN. LAST TIME I CHECKED NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATH PROPERLY IS AN EMERGENCY. DO YOUR JOB!

My 8 year old son had an injured leg from a fall he was crying in pain. 10 different families who got there after us were seen first and 2 hours later we had to leave to another hospital to be seen they hadn’t even called us up for triage yet. The time was 12 am it was not even crowded.
Very disappointing.
