Is anyone else having problems getting their gas bill paid after applying and pledges expiring before they release the United Way Gas Assistance Funds to pay your bill? I have always received great assistance from the Redlands Salvation Army. But last year the pledge expired and this year the pledge Mike processed on my application will expire on Sept.18, 2023 if they don't release the funds before them. If I didn't need the help, I wouldn't say anything. But I just wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue?

The salvation army has helped my wife and I so much. Sharon who works there is one of a kind. She goes ubove and beyond to help us. We've never met such a kind and caring person. She made us feel like she was really concerned about our situation. Her attitude towards us was just amazing. So we Dion and Debbie would like to say. A True Help Center for real people by real people. I travel four freeways to get to this location. The services are so needed...good food distribution, utility assistance, spiritual and community support. Mike is a great guy. The front desk staff is always warm and friendly.
