Would not recommend you or your child are having reproductive problems. I’ve been going here since I was a child. Once I reached my menses it incredibly irregular and I stopped having it all together at 16 they ran basic blood test but their main reason why I’ve had so much problems has been the following • “your young they’ll even out eventually” • “you’re very chunky it’s your weight” (I’ve only once been over weight as an adult) • “you don’t work out enough” (Was in multiple sports) •”your work out too much” •”you weight too little” •”you don’t eat enough” •”this are your genetics” •”it’s because your depressed” I’m struggling with infertility now and they still only wanted to run a thyroid tests. Also went in there for unbearable pain in my gut and without running any test they just gave me a vomit medicine and sent me home. I almost died that night from a gallbladder infection/stones that began leaking on my way to the hospital. I was also charged 200$ for calling to see why my medication wasn’t at the pharmacy I provided . The doctor charged as a full telecom consultation. I was also told not too get an mri after an accident even though the hospital ordered it as a follow up to swelling in my head because “It wasn’t live threatening and the swelling often goes away on it’s on”

slow service and unknowledgeable doctors. Went for fall bladder issues a while back and was seen my a nurse practitioner that had no idea what she was talking about. I told her my symptoms and right in front of me she googled the symptoms to diagnose me and from that she decided to refer me to a surgeon with no blood work done no ultrasound nothing. Just online information that I had already looked up to self diagnose. Takes forever to get appointments and they make patients wait for hours even with an appointment. They take advantage of the fact that their patients are low income and are basically forced to go to such a substandard clinic. Waiting room is crowded and dirty.

This rating is only for the Livingston location. I always have a difficult time getting anyone on the phone. Today I was put on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally got someone on the phone she was unable or capable to answer my questions nor resolve my problem.

Unfortunately, this clinic employs people who just don’t have the education, capacity nor training to perform their duties, which are to take care our senior citizens and our children.

I made a appointment yesterday to get seen today and this morning they call me and tell me I have to reschedule because the doctors out. Wth this clinic has been doing this to me for 2 years and now that they have built a new clinic I thought this place would of been better but it's still the same. The doctors don't care about you when you get seen all they do is prescribe you medication and send you on your way, they don't sit down and hear what you have to say. Last year I found out I was pregnant from this clinic and I was having problems and they didn't want to do nothing just kept scheduling me for my next check up and come to find out on my third month went in for a check up to see the baby and what happen I lost my baby now you see why i say this clinic and doctors don't know nothing they don't care how you feel what your going through I will never recommand anyone to this clinic I don't give this clinic any stars what so ever I change my self and my kids clinics for that reason they should just let this clinic go

We have always taken our kids and my self there they have good staff and good doctors sometime the wait it long because they have a lot of people that go there because they have good doctors. But most people wait to see them they offer a lot of help and also have a lab that help when you need to get blood work done it there already you don't have to drive some were else to get it done.

I love LMG! Even though you have to weight a while, they see you the same day. You wait for a long time because a lot of people like to go there because they have good service. I've been going there for ten years and i would not change it! I feel well taken care of when I have to be seen because their staff makes you feel like home! If you don't mind waiting, you can go to LMG and know that by the end of your visit you will go home feeling better!!

My thoughts based on my experience coming here quite a few times over the years

This is a clinic that serves a lot of under privelaged people in the community. They have a sliding scale fee if youre uninsured. A lot of the staff here are new and entering the healthcare field but there are also a lot of others who have been in healthcare a long time.

Pros:
-Community oriented facility with a variety of services from lab to x-ray to EKGs in one place.
-I genuinely think they are trying to help others as their overall mission.
-Lucas the PA is really good and thorough.
-Affordable services.
-Has dental services now.
-Locations in a couple different places.
-They will try to get you in to be seen asap if you need to be seen urgently.

Cons:
-Some medical providers are not that great and it at times feels like they hired all of the reject doctors (no offense). Though I'm sure there are good ones there too.
-Most medical assistants seem okay but not as experienced as others. Nothing against them, but just be more service oriented. Sick people are already not having a good day.
-A lot of rotating staff through out the years. I've seen many really good medical providers move on to bigger and better things.
-I've seen elderly and non-english speaking patients be disregarded many times and treated just like a number by some staff members and I'm just left thinking what if that was their mother or father.
-Long wait times if you come at a time of the day that's busy

My recommendation:
-Pay your providers and staff more money to retain them longer.
-Retrain all staff including medical providers, billing, and everyone else on customer service and good bedside manner as well as patience for non-english speaking patients.
-Have office manager/director more readily available to address issues with staff. I believe most of these rude interactions are not reported.

The only reason I went was for my mother to get a dmv approval form signed by the Dr, that she is handicap. ....
waiting for 3 hrs, in the room, i went 2 times to ask what was taking long. They simply said wait your turn ... we just left and have never gone back since
