Great instructions on how to enter building and felt secured. Space was clean and set up for two people to complete their course. Very straight forward and honestly better than having an instructor there! Everything was neat and simple. Prompts were basic and easy to follow! Thank you for such a smooth renewal! Is this place legit? I really didn’t like that there wasn’t an instructor. So many technical issues. I spent 4 hours there because the adult 2 rescuer kept saying I was passing the whole time through the skills test but kept saying I got a 0. The technical support couldn’t find out what was wrong because they don’t have quick assist on the computers to see what’s wrong. I couldn’t get my 150 deposit back. On top of that there was no AC while doing CPR. The building is super hot. And when I called the station support she just kept saying I was doing it wrong. I kept telling her my test says I’m passing but then shows a 0 so I can’t move on. Mind you I’ve taken a CPR class before I knew I was doing it correctly because I’ve already done it before.

After this class I now feel very confident that I can perform CPR. Previously I had taken 2 other CPR classes and it was not the same as this.At the testing site, I truly appreciated the interactive mannequin along with the instructions on what I needed to specifically do to perform it correctly. The online instruction part was also very thorough and extremely helpful to my overall learning and understanding. Thank you for all of your help and I very much appreciate your responsiveness when I needed to reach out with questions.

This process is much more accurate than a class setting with other students. It is a real eye opener to how “real” it needs to be. I love the feedback from the computer. When one “thinks” they are doing it correctly it’s actually to deep or not enough air.
