Robyn went above and beyond for our family to help us find the house of our dreams. Robyn worked with us for over 7 months and during those seven months we visited at least 20 different homes in the Ruby Hill, Pleasanton, and Livermore areas. Robyn went to EVERY house tour with us and was always quick to send us additional information about the house before and after each home visit. She always had time for us and worked around our schedules to go see the homes, even though she has a busy schedule of her own, and she frequently rearranged her schedule within 24 hours to get us in to see a property. She had a clear understanding of what we were looking for and helped us find houses to meet our needs.

When we finally found the home we wanted, Robyn was determined to get the house for us. She was ALL IN, knowing what it would take to get the home in this highly competitive market. Robyn was great at forming a relationship with the sellers’ realtor and prior to viewing the home she sent us as much information she could find about the house so we would be educated on the home and neighborhood. By the time we actually saw the house, we were not rushed or indecisive …instead we were ready to make an offer because of Robyn’s preparation. Robyn was patient during the process of making an offer on the home, never pressuring us, and was great support when we received a counteroffer. We felt as if we were her main focus throughout the offer and escrow period when Robyn would check in on us multiple times a day and she walked us through the daunting paperwork, explaining everything to us each step of the way. Because of her hard work and diligence, buying a home with a 10-day close that had multiple offers in a highly competitive market was stress free for us. Even after closing, she has continued to support us with a high level of service through the rent-back period and is still consistently in contact with us to make sure we have everything ready for our move. Without a doubt, Robyn was one of the main reasons we got our home…her drive and relationship building skills were key in this transaction.
