They are very kind and generous. They give you the time needed to select the food with an individual who works with you all the way.

Sadly there are those who cut in line and use the state of confusion when tickets are issued to jump into top 10 rather than them being ticket or position in line as 30 or worse

Update: had to take back some stars, due to the fact that my first visit I was told that you come anytime from 10am-1pm to get number and you come back starting at 1pm, the guy told me if we pass your number when you come back you would be the first person to be next. Today I come around 1:45pm because I had to pick up my child from school at 1:30pm thinking it would be ok! Well buy the time I got here it was 10 passed my number and the lady was like sorry I’m going to have to give you a whole new number. So, I have to be completely last now. Who know how long I have to wait here for it to hit my new number. When I have a parent teacher meeting set up today as well. Not everyone that needs help, has nothing to do and has the time to sit here for hours. I figured that’s exactly why you got numbers and waiting right before 10am to get a ticket! So, we don’t have to stand around for hours. I also was told wrong information and somehow that’s my fault? I mean the number system I thought they were doing was way more organized and fair than this! What a shame honestly.

Wonderfully interesting and uplifting people work at this food pantry. You will receive at least 2 bags of nutritious food. Very generous and they let you pick the things you like to eat if they have it. Early in the week they are more stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables. Not too much waiting. The line is always in the sun but it's a blessing to get help when you need it.

this place is always such a great help when we're running low on things at the house. The people there are always so friendly and helpful the food is always good and fresh and they give you so much of it. One day I even went and got a treadmill that was outside and the people there are loaded into my van for me. Great place!

These people are lifesavers and can definitely help you out in a pinch. It's tough to pay the ridiculous prices at the grocery stores and often, at times, impossible. But with their help I have been able to get what I need. I no longer stress about if I will have enough to last, because I know they're there when I need help. This place is awesome as well as all the people working there.

This place is wonderful!! My mom would take us with her when she needed to make ends meet (getting food) for me, my brother, her.. So I learned at a young age its "OK"we all need a little help.. Know that I'm adult it's been a blessing to see The tri Valley Heaven Food Pantry is still around!! Cause there have been many times through the years I wasn't sure how I'd feed my family!! THANK YOU With all my hart!! 🙄🙄They treat everyone with total RESPECT!! 😁😁P.S. for those of you who are new bring shopping bags with you cause they are unable to give out bags LIKE THEY USED TO😎😎😹✌🐕🐾
