We have been with Imagine for 7 years and had little problems until recently. We live in a rural area so the wifi isn't always good, especially when it's windy. Needless to say, this affects my attendants when they clock in or out. Often, the app will spin when they're trying to clock in so either they stand there waiting for it to clock them in or they start working and hope it clocks them in. Since my daughter isn't going to wait for you to start taking care of her, they have had to begin working while the app is still spinning, which causes an edit for the visit. I've reached out several times to let them know of this problem. My attendants are owed for a lot of hours worked and although they say they'll get paid on their next check, they still owe money to my attendants. This past week I was told that Imagine is terminating our contract because the attendants can't clock in or out correctly. This is going to leave me with attendants that won't get paid until another provider has put us into their system & we've all had training with their EVV company. So beware if you have any issues with your wifi because you'll be expected to pay more for better service, if necessary.

Staff is actually lousy ! Their phones are always on silent and goes straight to voicemails . They cannot get anything done on time. They also like argue and put the blame on the clients . One time
I was on a phone call with them. They didn’t realize that I was still on the call and started badmouthing about other clients. Stay away!!
